Lead Times / Policies

PRE-FLIGHTS

At least one half day is required for a preflight. If a pre-flight is submitted before or at 9:00am, it will be processed by 12:00 noon. If a pre-flight is submitted after 9:00am, it will be considered a 12:00 noon submission thusly will be completed by end of business day.

DESIGN LEAD-TIME

Creative Services would optimally have as much lead as possible when designing large structural exhibits. Listed below are the minimum lead times void of rush charges.

Design leadtime for exhibits 20' x 20' and larger is 10 working days.

Design leadtime for booths smaller than 20' x20' is 8 working days. 

Large projects may require more time and will be discussed on an individual basis.

EXHIBIT DESIGN LEADTIME

Based on 10 working days

• Sketches/wireframes submitted for review after [2-3 Days].
• Design is CADDED and sent for quoting [2 Days].

• 2D Design for rendering [2 Days].
• Rendering/Animations/Presentation materials produced [3 Days].

GRID AND UPLOAD

There is a 1-day lead-time for grid and upload upon final artwork (pre-flight or in-house design) approval. At least one half day is required for a grid and upload. If a grid and upload request is submitted before or at 9:00am, it will be processed by 12:00 noon. If a pre-flight is submitted after 9:00am, it will be considered a 12:00 noon submission thusly will be completed by 3:00pm.

DESIGN HOURS

The initial design fee is discussed and agreed upon between designer and exhibit consultant before an estimate is submitted to client. Once the design has been sold, revisions to the design will be charged. The first design revision is free.

Here's a list of some basic initial design fees:

1 banner stand = 2 hours of design time
1 10ft mirage/3 banner backwall = 4 hours of design time
1 marquee header panel = 1/2 hour of design time
1 CTD = 1.5 hours of design time
1 table throw = 1/2 hours of design time
1 detachable based on sq. inch price

If a design job is small, the design department may wave the hourly design fee with a minimum standard fee. This is agreed between designer and exhibit consultant before submission of job.

PRICING

Design: $100 an hour
Pre-flight and grid/uploads pricing will be based on hourly design time.

PURCHASE OF STOCK IMAGES

Getty images will be charged at the face value of the online price.

In house CD images and Jupiter images are $100 per image.
